  We had an ORDEAL on 94 with a completely blown tire around exit 34A and Dereck saved us! Our car did not come with a spare tire. Dereck's shop was the only place open after 9 pm (no tire shops open at all!). His shop is specifically for trucks, but he said "Hey bring the car and let's see what we can do". He tried 3 different tires on our car. We ended up having to get a hotel and then picking up a tire at Walmart the next morning. Dereck picked us up from Walmart early am and then changed our tire. This was like a whole night process. He literally tried everything to help us! He barely charged us anything. My Mom has now called Dereck "our Angel". In terms of customer service and just willing to help a person out, Dereck is a great guy! We were two ladies stranded and he really made us feel safe and taken care of!
